Vishay Intertechnology has recently launched three new isolation amplifiers — VIA0050DD, VIA0250DD, and VIA2000SD. This product series offers industry-leading common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150 kV/μs, a bandwidth of 400 kHz, and low gain error of ±0.3%, enabling high-precision signal measurement and electrical isolation in harsh environments. They are suitable for applications with stringent reliability requirements, such as industrial motor control, automotive electronics, and medical equipment.
The amplifiers maintain stable performance across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, with gain drift as low as 15 ppm/°C, ensuring long-term measurement accuracy without frequent calibration. Built-in diagnostics and common-mode voltage detection further enhance system safety, effectively preventing faults in current and voltage measurements.
The three products are optimized for different application needs:
VIA0050DD: Designed for space-constrained, low-power environments, supporting ±50 mV differential input, ideal for power inverters and motor phase current detection
VIA0250DD: Offers a wide ±250 mV input range, suitable for isolated current and voltage measurement
VIA2000SD: Provides high signal-to-noise ratio and bandwidth, supporting 0.02 V to 2 V linear input, ideal for bus voltage monitoring and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems
The amplifier series is compatible with Vishay's WSBE high-precision shunts, delivering reliable signal transmission and measurement support for renewable energy systems, industrial drives, and critical power equipment.
