Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has introduced the DCM32xx00 series of dual-channel high-speed digital isolators designed for automotive applications. Compliant with the AEC-Q100 reliability standard, the series is now available in volume production.
The new products incorporate Toshiba's proprietary magneto-coupling isolation technology, delivering high common-mode transient immunity of 100kV/μs (typical) and high-speed data transmission at 50Mbps with low pulse width distortion of 0.8ns. Their excellent noise immunity and signal integrity ensure stable operation of key components such as onboard chargers and battery management systems in hybrid and electric vehicles.
The series supports dual-channel high-speed communication scenarios including CAN bus, providing a highly reliable isolation solution for next-generation electric vehicle systems.
